I’m a marketer, adaptive athlete, and passionate disability advocate dedicated to driving inclusivity in sport. With over 15 years of experience across corporate, startup, and nonprofit sectors, I currently work as Disability Sports Lead at MATTA, a creative sports marketing agency based in London.
In 2025 I was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to research Inclusive Fitness – exploring how gyms, PT training, and sport environments can become truly accessible and welcoming to people with disabilities.
Based on the results of this reach the industry report will be published in collaboration with ukactive and CIMSPA to make gyms more inclusive in the UK
The project involves learning from inclusive gyms, education providers, and sport leaders across Australia, Canada, and the USA. I’ll be documenting each meeting and gym visit in the blog, sharing key insights and takeaways from every location.
